• Five fun, hands-on, and inspiring1-hour sessions over Zoom for staff where they will learn and share their ideas for improving their positive behavior guidance skills.
• A “kit” of materials for each participant (3 Spark Decks and 2 Books) to help make the learning stick.
• Easy-to-try “Homework” assignments between sessions, for staff to practice their skills and try out new strategies.
• Our Positive Behavior Guidance practices are trauma-informed, culturally-relevant, and in line with the latest research in the field.
